From a $385 landing to a 2,000 square foot build
In 2010 the company opened with a $385 four-by-four deck and a set of steps, and that same small landing is still on the price list today. The largest custom deck built so far runs to 2,000 square feet, and most jobs land somewhere between those two numbers depending on the yard and the budget.
Size isn't what decides the price as much as the ground does. A flat, well-drained lot with easy truck access costs less to build on than a sloped yard with drainage to solve first, which is why Adam measures the actual site before he prices anything rather than quoting off a phone call.

Outdoor kitchens, stairs, railings and the features that make it usable
A custom deck can carry an outdoor kitchen, a run of stairs down to the yard, railings, built-in garden features and lighting, all worked into one design instead of bolted on afterward. Wind and rain protection, whether that's a simple roof section or a fuller cover, gets planned into the same drawing rather than added as an afterthought.
Every feature on that list gets drawn into the 3D design before any of it gets built, so you're looking at where the outdoor kitchen actually sits relative to the stairs and the railing line, not guessing from a verbal description over the phone.
Chapter 03
Ground-contact lumber, set by the same crew that finishes it
Custom decks are framed and decked in ground-contact treated lumber, rated to sit against soil and moisture without the rot ordinary treated pine develops over a few East Texas summers. Johnny Robinson's review names it directly: "Used all ground contact lumber yellow wood," on a deck Johnny and Brad framed after Adam priced it the same day he measured it.
Brian usually finishes the job with the lighting, the last piece before a deck actually gets used after dark. Customers tend to remember the carpenter's name over the company's, which says something about how much of the work is still done by hand on site rather than shipped in pre-built.

Every custom deck carries a one-year warranty on the workmanship, plus the material warranty that comes with whatever's used to build it. On certain products the company holds a specialist rating that unlocks a better warranty than the manufacturer offers by default, worth asking about at the estimate.
